Borussia Dortmund embrace diversity and anti-discrimination in their day-to-day operations. BVB are committed to football and a society without racism, anti-Semitism, LGBTIQ* hostility, sexism, violence and discrimination of any kind. We hold these values with conviction; they are an integral part of the Black & Yellow culture. In order to make the measures developed to this end as effective as possible, the various fundamental components of anti-discrimination work are closely interconnected: fan and network work, internal measures, PR and public relations work, and remembrance work.

Within the scope of their holistic commitment, BVB support the fight against digital hate speechtake a stand against violence against women, regularly take part in the #WeRemember remembrance day in memory of the victims of the Holocaust and proactively promote democracy.
