Newcastle have confirmed that head coach Eddie Howe has returned to work at the club's training centre this week.
He missed the last three fixtures for the Magpies after contracting pneumonia but after a period of recovery in hospital, is now back on the training ground.

Howe will retake his place on the touchline this weekend for Newcastle's league meeting with Ipswich Town.
He took training for the first time on Wednesday and according to The Athletic, has reported no ill effects from his illness upon resuming his duties.
Newcastle sit fifth in the Premier League table with five games remaining.
