Marko Arnautovic and Mehdi Taremi are still not fully fit, so Tucu Correa will reportedly start with Lautaro Martinez in Inter’s Coppa Italia semi-final against Milan.
The first leg ended 1-1, so it will all be decided at San Siro on Wednesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The Nerazzurri are coming off the last-gasp 1-0 defeat to Bologna, which allowed Napoli to catch them at the top of the Serie A table.
Correa started that match, because Arnautovic and Taremi were only fit for the bench, with Marcus Thuram ruled out by a muscular issue.

According to the latest reports, the squad details remain roughly the same going into this semi-final, so there could be a very similar starting XI.
Specifically, Correa is the only available strike partner for Lautaro Martinez, so he is expected to play despite his dismal performance at the Stadio Dall’Ara.
The only other major change is the introduction of Josep Martinez in goal rather than Yann Sommer.
Alessandro Bastoni and Henrikh Mkhitaryan can start because they are both suspended for this weekend’s Serie A match against Roma, which has still not been formally rescheduled.
Federico Dimarco should return on the left wing after Carlos Augusto allowed him some rest against Bologna.
Inter probable (3-5-2): J Martinez; Pavard, Acerbi, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lautaro Martinez, Correa
