The colours to be utilised by designers at Puma for Manchester City’s brand new 2025/26 third kit have surfaced in fresh reports.

Manchester City supporters are certainly no longer strangers to bold and unique designs being made available to them by kit manufacturers Puma since their introduction as the club’s producer since 2019.

A number of hugely popular issues have been revealed to supporters over the last few years while the 2024/25 campaign became the first season in which Manchester City and Puma released a fourth kit – designed and inspired by Oasis’ Noel Gallagher.

The third kit however often takes on the most bold approach in terms of design elements and colour schemes with 2019/20 featuring a yellow to orange gradient, 2021/22 removing a visible club badge for the first time in the club’s history, and 2023/24 introducing lightning bolts.

Now, as plans begin to intensify ahead of the new season and a fresh start for an ageing Manchester City squad in need of recruitment and investment this summer, designs have emerged over the latest third kit edition to be released to supporters.

According to the information of Opaleak, as relayed by Footy Headlines, Manchester City’s 2025/26 third kit will combine ‘Cool Weather’ – a very light grey – with ‘Pro Green’ – an almost fluorescent lime green.

It is further detailed that Cool Weather will serve as the primary base colour on the new shirt, with ‘Pro Green’ used for all logos, accents, and the trim on the shirt, while it is claimed that Puma could yet employ a graphic pattern using the colours specified.

The report describes the revealed colour combination as ‘striking and unusual’ for a Manchester City kit, which is due to be released around August to September 2025.

Manchester City will also be seeing two new kits brought to the attention of supporters between the conclusion of the European season and start of the new campaign, as they head off to the United States for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup over the summer.

Recent reports have revealed that Puma have collaborated with KidSuper Studios – a streetwear clothing brand based in Brooklyn, New York – to launch special edition Manchester City strips for the tournament, away from the club’s traditional colours.
