“It’s a special match. I was at Juve for five years,” said the Argentine who joined Juventus in 2020 from Velez.

“Playing for Juve’s Next Gen in Serie C helped me a lot,” he continued. “I got better physically and technically.”

“Dybala? Playing with him was a dream I had when I was a kid. My idols were Paulo, Aguero and Tevez. He helped me: we have a good friendship, we spend a lot of time together.”

“What convinced me to move here? I spoke with De Rossi and the owners: they convinced me. I understood from the first call that I would come here.”

“Initially it was very hard but that’s how football is. Anything can happen,” he added.

“Ranieri? He helped me a lot, I am grateful for his support. He gives me the freedom to aim at the opponent and play closer to the opponent’s goal.”

“What changed at Roma since the start of the season? The air you breathe. The coach has given tranquility and confidence.”

“Our objective is to return to the Champions League. We have eight finals left to play and we must collect all the points we can.”

“Juventus? I have no revenge to take and now I’m only thinking about Roma.”
