With Liverpool, he won the Champions League, aged 20.
He won the Premier League, aged 21 – something Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher sadly never managed.
He completed the set – which also included the FA Cup, League Cup, Super Cup, Club World Cup and Community Shield – at the age of 23.
Last term, he added another League Cup for good measure.

Disclaimer: this may be an unpopular opinion.
But I can understand him leaving.
He has achieved everything he could have dreamt with Liverpool – his boyhood club.
I can picture him in that white shirt from Real Madrid. It looks good on him. It fits well.
In his autobiography, My Life, Gerrard revealed how he could have joined Real Madrid in 2010 under the tutelage of Jose Mourinho.
And I’m sure part of him wonders what that would have been like. Dare I say, a part of him even regrets not experiencing it. Trying something different. Trying something new.
Alexander-Arnold is hounded in this country for his defending.
At Madrid, there will be pressure in other areas, but less so on that front.
Marcelo won five Champions Leagues there – but was not a great defender.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is a Liverpool legend. If he goes, I wish him the best. I don’t begrudge him.

Well, there is no right or wrong way to truly feel about this, everyone will have their own take, and opinion and ultimately they’re likely to vary wildly from person to person.
It’s hard to get away from the fact that a player who had it all laid out for him to become a one-club man, a Liverpool legend to rival those most highly revered, may have at least tainted his reputation amongst Reds for the short, possibly medium and maybe even long term.
For the here and now it’s important to focus on Liverpool, winning the Premier League. What will follow will be.
