Igor Tudor’s arrival at Juventus in March 2025 marked a decisive tactical shift from the approach of his predecessor, Thiago Motta. The Croatian manager has rapidly implemented his own philosophy, introducing both structural and stylistic changes aimed at reinvigorating a side that had suffered a mid-season collapse.
The Bianconeri are unbeaten with the Croatian tactician at the helm, having collected wins over Genoa and Lecce and drawing away against direct rivals Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Bianconeri visit Parma in Tudor’s fourth game in charge today, in a rescheduled fixture from Week 33, which was postponed on Monday following the death of Pope Francis.
The former defender has been in charge for barely a month, but the Bianconeri’s tactical evolution is already evident.
