AC Milan are preparing to face Fiorentina on matchday 31 of Serie A, scheduled for Saturday 5 April at 20:45 CEST at San Siro. Sérgio Conceição's side will be looking to get back on their feet after the league defeat to Napoli whilst Palladino's Fiorentina will arrive with the intention of consolidating their spot in the table. LATEST FROM MILANELLO AC Milan come to this clash after a period of highs and lows in the league. In the last Serie A game, the Rossoneri lost 2-1 to Napoli whilst in the Coppa Italia, they drew the first leg of the semi-final 1-1 with Inter. Despite the struggles, Coach Conceição's side have shown signs of good play and determination. The game against Fiorentina presents us with the chance to get back to winning ways and improve our position in the table, continuing the hunt for a piece of European football next season. The Rossoneri have Jiménez suspended and Bondo on a yellow, Emerson Royal and Loftus-Cheek are both out through injury, and Musah could return after his fever this week.

In their last Serie A game, the Viola picked up a 1-0 win against Atalanta, whilst in the Conference League they're preparing to play Slovenian side Celje in the first leg of the quarter-finals. Palladino's side have shown defensive solidity and the ability to strike in attack, with Kean as a focal point. The game against AC Milan will be an important test for their efforts to climb the table. The Viola have no one suspended but three on a yellow card: Fagioli, Folorunsho and Ranieri. Colpani is injured, there is uncertainty about Gosens.
