Andy Robertson Is On The Bench | 4-2-3-1 Liverpool Predicted Lineup vs Leicester City

Liverpool completely outclassed Tottenham Hotspur in their last game to continue the lead at the top of the Premier League points table. They are four points ahead of the second-positioned Chelsea and that too after having played a game lesser.

The Reds have their next game lined up against Leicester City in the league at home this week. Like any other game, Arne Slot’s men will have same intentions for sure – Collect all three points and give no room to opponents to catch up.

Defence

Alisson Becker couldn’t have done much to avoid conceding three goals against Tottenham Hotspur. He will be desperate to keep a clean sheet this week. Right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold remains the undisputed pick in the lineup.

While Virgil van Dijk continues at the heart of the defence, Joe Gomez might be sacrificed to make way for Jarell Quansah. Even Andy Robertson is likely to be benched as he has been off-colours lately. His position could be filled by Kostas Tsimikas, who is fit again.

Midfield

Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister bossed the middle of the park with their control, precision, decision-making, and creativity. No doubt that the pair will be deployed once again this week.

Attack

No stopping for Mohamed Salah as he continues to operate on the right wing. However, Arne Slot might prefer making chances in the remaining positions.

The likes of Curtis Jones, Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez are expected to get the green light ahead of Cody Gakpo, Dominik Szoboszlai and Luis Diaz for this fixture.

The Reds ahve only two absentees in the form of Ibrahima Konate (knee) and Conor Bradley (hamstring).
