Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has reportedly ruled out Randal Kolo Muani as the type of striker he wants for his team. Instead, a new report highlights one forward who the Spanish coach admires greatly.
According to Fichajes, Enrique views Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak as an ideal fit for his project at PSG. The Swedish striker’s speed, technical skill, and clinical finishing align perfectly with the attacking style Enrique aims to implement.
At the same time, CaughtOffside notes that Arsenal and Chelsea are also monitoring Isak. However, neither club appears ready to meet Newcastle’s £115 million valuation of the 24-year-old.
Isak has been in top form this season, tallying 15 goals and four assists in 22 matches across all competitions. Despite rising interest, Newcastle remains firm on keeping their star forward.

According to Football Insider, Chelsea and Arsenal are the only clubs capable of meeting Newcastle’s £150 million valuation for Isak.
Eddie Howe recently shared that he feels Newcastle are in a similar situation to last summer when they were “forced” to sell players to meet Premier League Profit and Sustainability Regulations.
His comments come as Arsenal express interest in Isak, who scored in both Saturday’s 2-1 win over Tottenham and Tuesday’s 2-0 victory over Arsenal in the EFL Cup.
“The business logic is taking over from the football logic. There may be football decisions you’d like to make,” Howe said ahead of Newcastle’s Carabao Cup semi-final clash with Arsenal.
“Nothing was bigger than the previous summer when we had to lose two highly promising young players – we were forced to, we had no choice. That is very much the business taking over from the football. I think we are still in that position.”
