As per TBR Football, the three English clubs have been watching the player closely in recent weeks, and it remains to be seen whether they come forward with an official offer to sign the player.

Arsenal could certainly use more quality and depth in their defensive unit. They are looking to build a team for the future, capable of pushing for major trophies across multiple competitions. They need a deeper squad with more quality in order to match up to the European elite. The 18-year-old would be a long-term investment for them, and he could develop into an important player for Arsenal with the right guidance.

Similarly, Chelsea could use a quality right-back as well. Reece James has struggled with persistent injury problems, and Fernandes would be a superb acquisition. He could compete with Malo Gusto for the starting spot in the coming seasons.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold will be a free agent in the summer and Real Madrid are keen on securing his signature. The Reds might need to replace him in the coming months and the 18-year-old defender seems like the ideal addition. He is equally good at both ends of the pitch and he could develop into an important player for them with the right guidance.

The opportunity to join a top Premier League club will be quite exciting for the player and it remains to be seen where he ends up.
