Ollie Watkins is likely to get the nod over Marcus Rashford when Aston Villa face Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final, L’Équipe understands.

Rashford has led the line in Aston Villa’s two previous games but has disappointed by and large in those encounters. With the Premier League side looking to overturn a 3-1 deficit at Villa Park on Tuesday night, Wakins is expected to take his place.

There is a question mark over who will play in the No.10 position. It is a toss-up between Scotland international John McGinn and PSG loanee Marco Asensio. Amadou Onana is expected to once again start from the bench with Boubacar Kamara set to partner Youri Tielemans in the pivot.
