Barcelona are going through a difficult period right now, with several points dropped in the last six league matches.
The Catalans’ poor form has allowed Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid to bridge the gap at the top of the league table.
Barcelona, therefore, are in urgent need of some inspiration as they look to reclaim their previous lead over their arch-rivals.
To that end, Carlos Monfort reports that in an effort to boost team morale and unity, Barcelona players participated in a unique event organized by the club’s official sponsor, Cupra on Wednesday.
Held in a private venue to maintain confidentiality and security, the activity was exclusively attended by company employees and the football team, fostering an intimate team-building atmosphere.

The event featured a karting competition, providing a fun and competitive environment off the pitch.
This initiative came right after the squad’s morning training session, aiming to strengthen the bonds between players as they prepare for their upcoming match against Atletico Madrid.
Originally planned for Monday, the event was rescheduled by coach Hansi Flick to Wednesday following a two-day break granted to the players after a disappointing defeat to Leganes.
The break was intended to give the team some time to rest and recuperate, focusing on mental and physical rejuvenation as the season wears on.
The karting event not only served as a recreational break but also as a strategic move to enhance team cohesion ahead of what promises to be a challenging game against Atletico Madrid.
