Barcelona star recreated teammate’s trademark celebration vs Getafe | OneFootball

Barcelona star Jules Koundé on Saturday evening paid tribute to teammate Pedri.

This came after the midfielder was responsible for creating Barca’s opening goal during their La Liga meeting with Getafe.

After ghosting in behind Getafe’s backline, defender Koundé, after seeing his initial effort blocked, managed to slot home on the rebound.

As much was made possible after Pedri slotted a frankly remarkable pass through to the Frenchman, creating something from nothing.

And Koundé, during his celebration, made clear his appreciation for as much, recreating his teammate’s trademark ‘binoculars’ pose:

Getafe have since levelled things up, with the two sides locked at a goal apiece late in the 90 in Madrid.
