Barcelona star Ansu Fati has on Thursday taken to social media, to provide an insight into his ongoing recovery from injury.

Wide-man Ansu, for his part, has of course been sidelined since early last month.

As much comes owing to a hamstring injury suffered during a training session at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.

Fresh on the back of a prior spell on the treatment table with a foot problem, the setback marked a heavy one for a player working tirelessly to carve out a meaningful place for himself in Hansi Flick’s squad.

All of a Barcelona persuasion, in turn, will no doubt be happy to hear of Ansu seemingly closing on an incoming return to the pitch.

Taking to his official Instagram account this morning, the 22-year-old unveiled a photo of his footwear for the day, in the process confirming that he has been given the green light to begin training on the grass once more:
