The final FA Cup quarter-final sees Bournemouth battle it out with Manchester City.
Andoni Iraola’s side earned their spot amongst the last eight after prevailing in a penalty shootout against Wolves.
The Spanish tactician’s defensive options have been dealt a huge blow by the suspensions of Milos Kerkez and Dean Huijsen. Both players have accumulated too many bookings after being shown a yellow card in the previous round.
However, Marcos Senesi is ready to be selected and could make his first appearance of the calendar year. Iraola isn’t certain the Argentine can last the entire game, but he is likely to be restored into the starting eleven due to the lack of alternatives.
Right-backs Adam Smith and Julian Araujo have also returned to training but Luis Sinisterra isn’t fully fit.
Last year’s finalists Manchester City will be aiming to go one better this season and lift their eighth FA Cup at Wembley.
Despite missing international duty with Brazil, Ederson has been cleared fit for this afternoon’s match. The 31-year-old had been nursing a muscular issue but has trained over the last few days. Pep Guardiola revealed he still hasn’t decided who would start between the sticks with Stefan Ortega typically chosen in domestic competitions.
Central defenders John Stones, Manuel Akanji and Nathan Are are ruled out with the latter expected to miss the remainder of the season.

The Cherries have faltered over the last month and are winless in their last five matches in normal time.
However, during that period they did triumph over Wolves in the FA Cup after holding their nerve in the penalty shootout.
In the league standings, Bournemouth sit in 10th place but are only four points off today’s opponents.
Andoni Iraola’s outfit have never lifted major silverware in their entire history. A win today would see them go within two games of the prestigious trophy.

City’s primary focus is now on the FA Cup following a disappointing Premier League and European campaign.
In the league, Pep Guardiola and his players are fifth with Brighton and Newcastle only a solitary point behind them.
In Europe, the Citizens crashed out at the hands of Real Madrid, which meant they failed to reach the last 16 of the competition.
If they manage to overcome Bournemouth this afternoon they would’ve reached the FA Cup semi-final stage for the seventh consecutive season.
Bournemouth beat Manchester City for the first time in their history back in November courtesy of a 2-1 win at the Vitality Stadium.
The hosts threatened from the first whistle and it took a heroic double save from Ederson to keep them at bay. Antoine Semenyo’s initial effort was palmed away by the goalkeeper before the Brazilian scampered across his goal to thwart Justin Kluivert.
But Semenyo wouldn’t be denied on the second occasion and he put the Cherries in front. Milos Kerkez terrorised Phil Foden down the left flank before firing a menacing cross into Semenyo’s path. The 25-year-old turned adroitly and smartly found the bottom corner.
Andoni Iraola’s side continued to dominate proceedings after the interval. Ederson needed to stay alert to block a close-range attempt from fellow countryman Evanilson.
An almost identical chance fell to Bournemouth’s record signing shortly after and this one was ruthlessly dispatched. Semenyo picked out the unmarked striker who coolly slotted in the second on the stretch.
The upright then prevented Marcus Tavernier’s curling strike from finding the net and Adam Smith blazed over the rebound with the goal gaping.
Josko Gvardiol halved the deficit with a towering header that proved too powerful for Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 82nd minute. However, an equaliser eluded the reigning Premier League champions and Bournemouth prevailed on the South Coast.
Bournemouth: Arrizabalaga; Cook, Zabaryni, Senesi, Soler; Christie, Adams; Tavernier, Kluivert, Semenyo; Evanilson.
Manchester City: Ederson, Lewis, Khusanov, Dias, Gvardiol; Gonzalez, Kovacic, Foden, Doku, Marmoush, Haaland.
Stuart Attwell will be the match official. Neil Davies and Constantine Hatzidakis will assist him while Andy Madley will be the fourth official. The VAR will be Tom Bramall and he will be assisted by Nick Hopton.
Bournemouth vs Manchester City will be available to watch on ITV1 and ITVX.
Kick-off at the Vitality Stadium will be at 16:30 BST on Sunday 30th March 2025.
