Arsenal star Bukayo Saka picked up a hamstring injury in their 5-1 win over Crystal Palace last weekend.
The 23-year-old has since undergone surgery on his injured hamstring, which has ruled him out for over two months.
Saka is onee of the most important players for Mikel Arteta’s side. His absence is a big blow for the Gunners, who are vying for the Premier League title this season.
Gabriel Martinelli seems to be the most likely replacement for Saka.
When the England international was taken off against Palace, he stepped in on the right flank.
Arteta also trusted the Brazilian on the right wing in Friday’s win over Ipswich Town.
Another option is Gabriel Jesus, who has previously started on the right-hand side for the Gunners.
However, the former Manchester City star has rediscovered his form as a centre-forward, and Arteta is unlikely to move him.
Leandro Trossard could also be a contender. While he has rarely played there, Arteta could ask him to sacrifice himself for the team.
With the January transfer window approaching, the Spanish boss may also look to sign a new right winger next month.
They are unlikely to find a quality replacement for Saka, with most clubs reluctant to lose key players midway through the season.
