Eintracht fans have crowned the attacker the Mainova Player of the Month. He came out on top ahead of Hugo Ekitiké and Rasmus Kristensen.

When Can Uzun reacted quickest in the penalty area to score Eintracht’s third goal against Holstein Kiel on 16 February, he was 19 years and 97 days old. It was his fourth Bundesliga goal for the Eagles, making him the second-youngest player to hit four with Eintracht after Walter Bechtold, who managed six goals in 17 appearances as an 18-year-old in the 1965/66 season. Uzun registered two goals in four league games overall in the month of February, also netting the equaliser in the 1-1 draw against VfL Wolfsburg 13 minutes after coming on.

The Eintracht community chose Uzun as their Player of the Month for February with 43 percent of the votes in the mainaqila app. Frankfurt’s number 20 fought off stiff competition from team-mates Hugo Ekitiké and Rasmus Kristensen to claim the second internal award of 2025.
