As the January transfer window approaches, Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is shrouded in uncertainty. The French forward has struggled to make an impact this season, raising questions about his role under Luis Enrique.

Kolo Muani has accumulated just 453 minutes of playing time across all competitions, failing to establish himself as a regular starter. His situation took a further hit when he was omitted from PSG’s squad for their final three matches of 2024.

This lack of opportunities has caught the attention of several Premier League clubs. According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea are closely monitoring the 26-year-old, drawn by his ability to play across the front line. Arsenal are also keeping tabs, with the outlet naming Kolo Muani as a player to watch for Mikel Arteta’s side in January.

Tottenham have reportedly entered the fray as well, with manager Ange Postecoglou eyeing reinforcements for his injury-depleted squad. Kolo Muani is among the options being considered as Spurs aim to bolster their attacking ranks midseason.

Chelsea could be taking the lead?

Foot Mercato reported on Sunday the confirmation of Chelsea’s interest in Kolo Muani and that the Blues should contact PSG in the coming days to find out the conditions for a potential move in January.

Impressed by his qualities, his versatility in attack, and his availability on the market, the London club has joined the long list of suitors. It now remains to be seen whether the various parties can reach an agreement.

TEAMtalk recently reported that a £50 million bid might be enough to secure Kolo Muani’s signature next month, which would be a great deal considering he joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt for £76 million in 2023.
