Chivas duo, José van Rankin and Javier López, are reportedly attracting interest from Querétaro.
With the 2022 Liga MX Apertura a week away both van Rankin and López have been told they aren’t in manager Ricardo Cadena’s plans for the upcoming season.
According to Mediotiempo, Querétaro have expressed their interest in acquiring both players from the Rojiblancos.
Both players spent last season on loan in the MLS, with López playing 37 times for the San José Earthquakes (scoring 13 goals and registering 3 assists) whilst van Rankin played 14 times for the Portland Timbers.
López and van Rankin have featured for Chivas 191 and 44 times respectively.
