Manchester City make the trip to Nottingham on Saturday lunchtime for a huge clash in the race for a top-four finish in the Premier League.
Pep Guardiola and his players are starting to see an upturn in their form and performances of late, largely inspired by the new arrivals and fresh legs brought in during the recent January transfer window.
An away clash against Nuno Espirito Santo’s high-flying Forest is the penultimate fixture before the March international break, with a home meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion due next weekend as midweek rests become a frequent feature of City’s end of the season.
But Manchester City will need to be at their very best to see off one of the strongest packages of the campaign, with Nottingham Forest desperate to not throw away all of their fine work at the tail-end of the season in search of European football.
Pep Guardiola has a whole host of injury issues to contend with particularly in defence, as all of John Stones, Manuel Akanji, and Nathan Ake are ruled out for this one due to longer-term injuries, while Rodri remains not ready but is back in individual training.
Ahead of kick-off at the City Ground, here is how both Nuno Espirito Santo and Pep Guardiola have lined up their respective Nottingham Forest and Manchester City sides in Premier League action!
