Manchester City have been busy in the transfer market already. They have signed two young centre-backs in Abdukodir Khusanov and Vitor Reis. It had appeared that they were also set to sign Real Valladolid centre-back Juma Bah. Fabrizio Romano has previously reported that City were on the verge of signing the impressive young defender. But now City’s move for Bah is surrounded by controversy. Real Valladolid is furious with Bah and Manchester City in a situation that appears to be evolving.
Tum Balogun has reported for the Daily Mail that Juma Bah has refused to train for Real Valladolid. Furthermore, Balogun has reported that Bah and his agent have paid the termination fee in his contract with Real Valladolid. Bah signed with the La Liga side on January 1st after an impressive loan spell with the club. He was on loan at Real Valladolid from AIK Freetong.
