Douglas Luiz has eight games to salvage Juventus stint

Douglas Luiz has struggled to make an impact in the Serie A so far this season, having joined from Aston Villa in the summer.

TuttoJuve have taken a look at the Brazilian’s future in Turin and they believe that he has only eight games to save his career at the Bianconeri.

He has struggled with fitness issues this season and had problems with Thiago Motta but is slowly back to full fitness. If he doesn’t impress in the last few games, the midfielder will be put up for sale, with Juve having shown an openness to a transfer even in January.

Nottingham Forest were interested in signing him but they were pushed back by his form in Turin. The player would have only accepted a move to Manchester United or City, but they never came forward.

While personally, Douglas Luiz is doing well in Turin, he will have to show it on the pitch under Igor Tudor to stay at the Bianconeri.
