Flamengo have confirmed the sale of midfielder Willian Arão to Turkish side Fenerbahçe, pending a successful medical for the player.
The 30-year-old leaves the Rubro-Negro after five-and-a-half trophy-laden seasons at the Maracanã.
Fenerbahçe have reportedly agreed to pay €3m for the veteran, who has played 377 games and 35 goals for the Mengão.
Arão has won 10 trophies during his time with the Rio de Janeiro giants, including the 2019 Copa Libertadores and two Brasileirão titles.
Much of his success came under the guidance of manager Jorge Jesus, who he is now set to link up with again in Istanbul.
