The transfer market is still open in some countries, as Mehdi Bourabia has left Frosinone for Kayserispor, while Cagliari send Marko Rog to Dinamo Zagreb.
The deadline for Italian clubs to sign players was February 1, but they can still sell or loan them out to sides whose markets run on a different schedule.
The Turkish transfer window closes this evening and Frosinone completed the sale of midfielder Bourabia to Kayserispor Kulubu for an undisclosed fee.
It is a return to Turkey for Bourabia, who was already at Konyaspor in the 2017-18 campaign.
Meanwhile, Cagliari are on the verge of sealing a loan deal with Dinamo Zagreb for midfielder Rog.
The Croatian suffered a serious knee ligament injury in December 2020, which was followed by a series of complications and the need for further surgery in July 2023.
He has not played at all since helping Cagliari win the Serie B promotion play-offs last summer.
