Lucas Alario to Eintracht Frankfurt
Eintracht Frankfurt are in advanced talks to sign 29-year-old Argentine forward Lucas Alario from Bayer Leverkusen for a reported €6.5m, according to Kicker. Alario will likely leave B04 this summer following the contract extension of Patrik Schick and arrival of Adam Hložek, dropping him further down the pecking order.
Alario has a preference to remain in Europe for now, with interest also coming from Italian and South American clubs. With six Bundesliga goals last season, Alario wants continuous minutes to improve his chances of representing Argentina at the World Cup in Qatar.
Returning from a successful six-month loan spell at Club Brugge, 29-year-old Armenian forward is in contention to leave Hoffenheim this summer following the appointment André Breitenreiter as head coach.
Adamyan is entering the final year of his contract at Hoffenheim and has interest from several unnamed Bundesliga clubs, according to Kicker. Adamyan has played 53 games in all competitions for Hoffenheim since his arrival from Jahn Regensburg in 2019, scoring 11 and creating five.
According to Hamburger Morgenpost, 20-year-old Dynamo Dresden attacker Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer has opted to join Hamburg ahead of Bundesliga side FC Köln.

Gianluca Di Marzio reported last night that Bundesliga duo Freiburg and Hoffenheim are interested in signing 18-year-old Italian forward Wilfried Gnonto from FC Züruch.
Gnonto made his international debut for Italy at the weekend vs Germany and is currently entering the final year of his contract. Freiburg were thought to be leading the race but following the appointment of Breitenreiter at Hoffenheim, it’s improved their chances of signing the talented forward, who played under the 48-year-old coach in Zürich.
Marcel Halstenberg extends RB Leipzig contract
Bundesliga side RB Leipzig today announced the contract extension of 30-year-old defender Marcel Halstenberg until 2024. The Germany international’s previous contract was due to expire this summer and had courted interest from Borussia Dortmund.
However, after 200 games for RB Leipzig in all competitions and a DFB Pokal win, Halstenberg will remain at the Bundesliga club a little longer.
