Furthermore, Tavolieri’s report suggests that the Egyptian international has his heart set on a move to the world champions due to Manchester City’s style of play suits his game as per Tavolieri’s report. It is also reported that Manchester City have submitted a five-year contract offer to Omar Marmoush that will commence on July 1st.

There is no doubt that Omar Marmoush would be a quality addition to Pep Guardiola’s squad. The Egyptian international has shone so far this season for Eintracht Frankfurt. He has been a key player in their rise up the Bundesliga table this season. It also appears that the Bundesliga side is unwilling to sell Marmoush in January. That sets the scene for Manchester City to push for a summer deal for the Egyptian international. There is a hole in City’s squad after the sale of Julian Alvarez last summer. Marmoush would fill that void if he were to arrive at the Etihad next summer. But that doesn’t help now so it will be interesting to see if Manchester City do have other plans in place to sign a forward this month.
