Italiano wins Serie A coach of the month for March: Full 2024-25 award list | OneFootball

Bologna head coach Vincenzo Italiano has officially been confirmed as the Serie A coach of the month for March 2025, following a maximum return of 12 points earned with the Rossoblu over that period.

Italiano, who has been linked with a move to San Siro to take over from Sergio Conceicao at Milan, won the award over the likes of Simone Inzaghi and Claudio Ranieri.

In March, Bologna recorded a 2-1 win over Cagliari, a 2-1 win over Hellas Verona, a 5-0 thrashing of Lazio and a 1-0 win away against Venezia last weekend. The Rossoblu currently sit in the Champions League positions as a result.

He will be presented with his trophy on the pitch ahead of kick-off in the match between Bologna and Napoli on Monday night, which kicks off at 19.45 GMT.

This is Italiano’s first coach of the month award so far in 2024-25.

Bologna could make it a clean sweep in March, as the player of the month award has not yet been announced. Rossoblu forward Riccardo Orsolini is nominated, along with Inter’s Nicolo Barella, Como’s Lucas Da Cunha, Roma’s Artem Dovbyk, Fiorentina’s Nicolo Fagioli and Udinese’s Oumar Solet.
