Le Classique makes it to the big screen: Upcoming clash set for six IMAX cinemas | OneFootball

In France, Le Classique is set to make it to the big screen as six cinemas are set to show the upcoming clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille in IMAX quality.

La Provence writes that the proposal comes from a collaboration between the Ligue 1 broadcaster DAZN and the French major film production and distribution company Pathé. Six Pathé cinemas (five in Paris and one in the Bouches-du-Rhône department) are set to show the match, with tickets already on sale for €20.

The game, which will take place in the Parc des Princes on the 16th of March, will be the final instalment of the rivalry for this season with PSG winning the previous meeting 3-0 in late October. There is not much at stake for this encounter even if first will likely take on second, as Les Parisiens currently sit 13 points in the lead at the top of the table.
