Milan squad formed a circle in the middle of the pitch at the end of their 2-1 win over Juventus in the Supercoppa Italiana semifinal, with Ismael Bennacer reminding his teammates they now have to ‘win the final’ regardless of how they play.
The Rossoneri came back from behind to stun Thiago Motta’s side and give new manager Sergio Conceição his first win at the helm of the Diavolo, setting up a special Derby della Madonnina in the final, which will be played on Monday.

Following the final whistle, Milan showed their renewed team spirit by forming a circle – at the centre of it was Bennacer, giving a speech to the whole squad in which he praised them for their efforts and said the victory was ‘deserved’.
The midfielder went on by motivating and encouraging them with a view to the match against their city rivals: “It doesn’t matter how you play in a final, what matters is that you win the final,” he said.
