Newcastle United considering move for Fiorentina’s Moise Kean | OneFootball

Moise Kean has impressed in the Serie A for Fiorentina this season and there is now a possibility of him returning to England.

While a host of English clubs have been linked with the striker, Daniele Longo has reported that Kean is attracting keen interest from Newcastle United.

The report states that if Alexander Isak does depart St James’ Park in the summer, Kean will be at the top of Newcastle’s shortlist to replace the Swede. Contacts have already been made with the entourage of the player, who had a failed stint at Everton not too long ago.

He has a release clause worth €52m and Newcastle are evaluating the possibility of triggering it. Kean himself had asked to place that clause in his deal and it can be exercised between 1st July and 15th July this summer.

Chelsea and Arsenal are interested in Isak and their move for him can spark Kean’s return to England.
