The Scout’s verdict on Gameweek 28 of Fantasy Premier League is in ahead of City’s trip to Nottingham Forest.
Pep Guardiola’s side visit the City Ground on Saturday 8 March, with kick-off scheduled for 12:30 (UK).
The Blues enter the meeting looking to extend our winning streak in all competitions to three matches in all competitions, but we’ll have to be at our very best to collect three points over Nuno Espirito Santo’s team this weekend.
Forest have been one of the Premier League’s standout performers this term and currently sit third in the table, one position and point above City.
Our trip to Nottingham also represents the second meeting between the teams this season following our 3-0 win in December’s reverse fixture at the Etihad Stadium.
Of course, it’s one of many Premier League games this weekend and FPL managers will be keeping a close eye on every match as they look to maximise their points return.
With that in mind, read the Scout’s latest report ahead of Saturday 8 March’s 11:00 (UK) deadline.
Savinho (£6.2m) could prove a fantastic differential in Gameweek 28 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL).
Only Cole Palmer (£11.1m) had more shots (seven) in Gameweek 27 than the Brazilian six and only four players had a higher expected goals return (xG) than the Brazilian’s 0.61 against Spurs.
In recent matches, Savinho has been a creative force and a major goal threat.
In the last four Gameweeks, among midfielders, he is in the top 10 for expected goal involvement (xGI) with 2.02, has come second for touches in the final third (143) and passes in the final third (79) and come fifth for shots on target (12) and penalty-area touches (30).
Since Gameweek 19 no midfielder has produced as many as Savio’s seven assists.
Chris Wood (£7.2m) has been Forest’s most dangerous player this season. The forward is the third-highest Premier League scorer with 18 goals.
Elsewhere, Everton's Beto (£5.0m) is a low-owned gems worthy of consideration.
The striker has returned in four of the last five Gameweeks, scoring five goals in that time. He faces Wolves.
