Denzel Dumfries has officially signed a new contract with Inter that will hold him to the club until 2028, despite interest from Manchester United, Aston Villa and Everton.
The Netherlands international had been in negotiations for many months, as his current contract had been running down in June 2025.
Inter were always confident they could convince the right-wing-back to put pen to paper and confirmed that the deal had been signed this evening.

According to Calciomercato.com, Dumfries had been earning circa €2.5m per season and will now be picking up a wage packet worth €4m per season net.
He is still able to benefit from the Italian tax laws on players brought in from abroad, so this will cost significantly less for the club.
Inter signed Dumfries from PSV Eindhoven in the summer of 2021 for €14.25m and his value has sky-rocketed on the transfer market since then.
It earned him approaches from several Premier League clubs, most notably Manchester United, Everton and Aston Villa.
The 28-year-old has scored 13 goals and contributed 21 assists in 147 competitive games for Inter.
