Toulouse FC have announced that a deal has been reached to sell Sweden youth international Oliver Zandén (23) to IF Brommapojkarna.
Zandén joined Toulouse from Swedish side Elfsborg for a fee of €1.5m back in the summer of 2022. However, the left-back failed to establish himself at Toulouse, making just six first-team appearances for the first-team and eight for the club’s development side.
As a result, he left Le TéFéCé to join Danish side Randers FC on loan last December. Having initially played for their reserve side, he has now gone on to make 15 appearances for the first team. That loan included the option to make the move permanent.
However, on Monday, Toulouse announced that an agreement in principle had been reached to sell Zandén to Swedish club IF Brommapojkarna. For the second consecutive winter, Zandén will leave Toulouse, however, this time he looks set to leave on a permanent basis.
