Veteran Liga MX striker Oribe Peralta once again ruled out putting an end to his career at the moment.
Although his impact at Chivas has not been as immediate as the player and club would have wanted, for Peralta, there is no doubt that his football career still has chapters to be written.
At 35, it would be normal to wait for the conversation about an inevitable retreat into the sunset. However, for the striker, there is still no reason for him to start thinking about such things.
“I feel very good, I look good, and every day I am much better. I go day by day and step by step.
“A lot of things can happen from here to the end of the season, and if they happen, I will make the decision that I have to make, it’s that simple.”
Peralta has yet to score during the Liga MX Apertura campaign and recently broke his year-long goal drought in a Copa MX victory over Correcaminos.
