Roma manager Claudio Ranieri addressed the media’s questions about Paulo Dybala’s future.
Following a heated week during which the Argentine was strongly linked with a move to Galatasaray in January, Ranieri cleared the air of any doubts.
“Well, I understand everything, but we also have to understand the kind of work that agents do,” he said.
“Agents travel the world, propose players, treating them as the most precious asset, and then present the player with the offers they receive.”
“I haven’t received anything, so I know that Paulo wants to stay and is happy with us.”
“I am happy with him, so I understand your point of view, but try to understand mine too. These are dynamics that need to be understood. You do your job, I do mine,” he said to members of the media after Roma’s win over Parma.”
