Roma boss Claudio Ranieri refused to take any credit for Paulo Dybala’s brilliance put on display at the San Siro last night.
The veteran technician addressed the media in the post-match presser.
When he was asked about Dybala’s current form, Ranieri replied, “I didn’t free him. You give too much credit to coaches.”
“Dybala and players like him are capable of such performances when they feel well. He hasn’t had any problems for a while.”
“The derby? We are doing well, but Lazio are in a fantastic moment. They deserve praise because they are playing well and are where they are because they deserve it.” The derbies are games apart.”
“But then again, the derby is a separate match,” he added.
