According to a report via Fichajes, they have already submitted a €70 million offer to sign the South American, but Real Madrid have decided to turn it down.

The Spanish club are unwilling to sell the South American prodigy, any time soon, and they believe that he will be a key part of their future. The 18-year-old has already shown his quality at Real Madrid and he will only improve with coaching and experience.

It is no secret that Chelsea need attacking reinforcements, and the Brazilian would have been an exceptional long-term acquisition. He has all the attributes to develop into a world-class player. He has been linked with Arsenal as well.
