Inter Milan have made a contract offer to Lille and Canada striker Jonathan David to join on a free transfer this summer.

This according to Italian outlet FCInter1908. They report that the 25-year-old made his wage demands to the Nerazzurri, who responded with a counteroffer.

It is no secret that striker Jonathan David is set to leave Lille on a free transfer this summer.

The Canadian will be available when his contract with the Ligue 1 side expires at the end of June.
