Roma have reportedly thrown themselves at Eintracht Frankfurt star attacker Omar Marmoush.
The Egyptian forward is being rumored as Roma’s top target for January in light of Paulo Dybala’s uncertain future.
With Dybala out of the capital, Roma would try and sign Marmoush, reports Italian journalist Marco Conterio of Tuttomercatoweb.
The deal appears very difficult given Marmoush’s excellent season so far – 13 goals and 7 assists in 14 appearances for Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
However, Roma appear to be determined to make an important signing in case of Paulo Dybala’s departure from the club.
The Friedkins have already promised Claudio Ranieri major investments, with Marmoush potentially being the main one.
First, however, Roma will have to free up a non-EU spot on the roster.
