Fiorentina look to Moise Kean, David De Gea and Edoardo Bove as they go head-to-head with Inter’s Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram and Hakan Calhanoglu.
It kicks off at the Stadio Artemio Franchi at 17.00 GMT.
Both teams are locked together in joint second place, along with Lazio and Atalanta, just one point shy of leaders Napoli going into the weekend.
The Viola have won their last seven Serie A matches to surge up the table and are also coming off Thursday’s 3-2 Conference League win over Pafos.
Albert Gudmundsson is back in the squad after injury, but only fit for the bench, while Lucas Martinez Quarta and Amir Richardson are not fully fit either.
Bove is therefore used as a trequartista behind star striker Kean, while Yacine Adli pulls the midfield strings.

Inter are also on fine form, unbeaten in 12 competitive games, of which 10 were victories including the midweek 1-0 over RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
There are some injury problems to deal with, as Benjamin Pavard, Francesco Acerbi and Carlos Augusto have not made the trip, while Davide Frattesi is fit for the bench.
That means an inevitable reshuffle in defence, but Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram lead the attack with support from Calhanoglu.
Denzel Dumfries is a more attack-minded choice than Matteo Darmian on the right.
