Kevin Danso makes his debut and Mathys Tel is on the bench as Tottenham take on Liverpool in the Carabao Cup semi-final tonight.
Ange Postecoglou partners Danso and Ben Davies at centre-half after revealing that Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are not fit enough to start at Anfield. Radu Dragusin is out for the season with a torn ACL.
Tel, who joined Spurs on loan from Bayern Munich on deadline day, is among the substitutes as Postecoglou again uses Dejan Kulusevski on the right wing in a big games, with No9 Richarlison or captain Heung-min Son also in the front three.
Pape Matar Sarr, Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma start in midfield, while Archie Gray fills in at right-back with Pedro Porro on the bench.
Spurs will also be without Guglielmo Vicario, Destiny Udogie, James Maddison, Wilson Odobert, Brennan Johnson, Dominic Solanke and Timo Werner.
Spurs lead 1-0 from last month's first leg in north London and are vying to meet Newcastle or Arsenal in the final.
