2. Bundesliga side Werder Bremen are in negotiations with 22-year-old Kosovan winger Lirim Kastrati from Dinamo Zagreb, according to Sky Germany.
Werder Bremen want to sign Kastrati on a loan with a purchase option but at the moment, an agreement isn’t close to being reached with the Croatian side demanding a higher fee.

Kastrati played 41 games in all competitions and scored four goals last season, and would come in as a replacement for Milot Rashica, who joined Premier League club Norwich City.
