Supporters cannot tune into the huge game from Old Trafford
Manchester United will look to continue their recent run of impressive results when they face Brighton this afternoon.
Victory over Southampton on Thursday night was a first in the Premier League for Ruben Amorim's side in a month as a 12 minute hat-trick from Amad Diallo completed the comeback.
That result means Man United are now unbeaten in their last three games across all competitions after drawing with Liverpool and beating Arsenal on penalties in the FA Cup to start the year.
The second of three successive home games is the visit of a Brighton side that has won on their last two visits to Old Trafford.
Though the Seagulls endured a blip leading up to the festive period, they've since won back-to-back games on the road without conceding.
But supporters in the UK will not be able to watch them attempt to complete a league double over the Red Devils for the second time in three seasons.
Despite the game is being played at 2pm GMT this afternoon, it was initially scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 with a 3pm GMT kick-off time.
So, as per the 'The 3pm blackout rule' imposed across English football, this fixture can not be televised on national television unless selected for live coverage.
However, Sky Sports are instead showing Everton vs Tottenham followed by Ipswich vs Manchester City.
TV channel: The game will not be broadcast in the UK.
Free highlights: Match of the Day 2, however, will show highlights when it airs at 10.30pm GMT on BBC One tonight.
