Paris Saint-Germain have been keeping tabs on Victor Osimhen for some time, and as the summer transfer window approaches, rumors surrounding his next move are heating up.
Currently, with Galatasaray, the Nigerian striker is back to the form that made him one of the stars of the 2022-23 season. With 28 goals and five assists in 32 appearances across all competitions this season, he’s once again drawing interest from some of Europe’s top clubs.
According to GIVE ME SPORT, Manchester United are growing more concerned about PSG’s pursuit, with the French club reportedly leading the race.
PSG are in a strong financial position, able to meet both Osimhen’s wage demands and the £63 million asking price. The report also mentions that Chelsea and United see PSG as their main competition in the race for the striker.

Amid the transfer rumors surrounding the Nigerian international heading into the summer window, John Obi Mikel expressed his eagerness to see Osimhen join Chelsea.
“Listen, it will be really sad if we don’t get a player who supported us a kid and wants to play for this Football Club,” the former Chelsea midfielder said on his podcast.
“His idol is Drogba, he will want to break records, win us trophies, get us back to the top, come for Drogba’s records. I’m telling you that would be his mission.
“If the club chose not to pursue it.. then well fair enough, good luck to them, but the good thing about it is we know where we left it, we can literally pick the phone up and get him straight in the door. Get him in!”
