El Shaarawy to replace Saelemaekers vs Juve

Roma are preparing to face Juventus in tonight’s Serie A showdown.

With Lorenzo Pellegrini expected to remain on the bench due to a minor injury suffered in training and Alexis Saelemaekers suspended, Claudio Ranieri will have to come up with alternative line-up to beat Igor Tudor’s side.

A victory would be a crucial achievement for Roma’s race for Top 4.

According to Tuttosport, Ranieri has decided to give Stephan El Shaarawy a chance to play from the first minute, thus replacing Saelemaekers on the right flank.

Pellegrini’s replacement, on the other hand, remains uncertain with Soule and Baldanzi both competing for a spot in Ranieri’s line-up.
