Injured Manchester United defender Ayden Heaven made an appearance at Carrington that left the fans sweating.
The 18-year-old enjoyed a swift rise to prominence in recent weeks after making his Premier League debut against his former employers, Arsenal. Ruben Amorim decided to thrust the January signing to action due a major injury crisis at the back that deprived him of the likes of Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro and Lisandro Martinez.
But despite his tender age and limited experience, Heaven never looked out of place. On the contrary, he received major props for the confidence and composure he displayed at the back during his outings against Arsenal and Real Sociedad.
The young centre-back then made his first appearance as a starter against Leicester City. But following another solid showing in the first half, his evening ended early after suffering a knee injury at the start of the second period.

While the fans feared the worst after seeing their new darling stretched off the pitch, it was later revealed that the injury isn’t a serious as initially suggested, with some sources claiming that the player has already taken off his protective boot and could be making his return to action shortly following the international break.
However, UtdReport X account published images of Hayden arriving at Carrington while donning a protective boot.

While it remains unclear when these images were taken, their emergence has caused quite a stir among Man Utd supporters who were hoping to see Heaven making his return to the pitch as rapidly as possible, especially after cementing himself as an instant hit at Old Trafford.
At this stage, our best hope for clarification might come from Ruben Amorim’s upcoming press conference ahead of next Tuesday’s contest against Nottingham Forest.
