Milan Futuro playing for home advantage in relegation play-off tomorrow | OneFootball

Milan Futuro have already been confirmed for the Serie C play-off against SPAL but they still have something to play for tomorrow, taking on Vis Pesaro at home.

After the 3-2 defeat against Gubbio on Wednesday, in which Francesco Camarda scored a brace, Milan Futuro’s ticket to the relegation play-off was confirmed. They will be up against 18th-placed SPAL but the home advantage is yet to be decided.

With a win against Vis Pesaro tomorrow, Massimo Oddo’s men would get the home advantage as SPAL, who are facing Gubbio, wouldn’t be able to leapfrog them in the league. With a defeat, however, the Rossoneri might need to start the two-legged tie at home.

Of course, the ideal scenario is to have the return leg at home and that’s why Milan Futuro still have a lot to play for tomorrow. Furthermore, with the first team taking on Venezia, Oddo will likely have the best youngsters at his disposal.

Vis Pesaro are in 6th place so it won’t be an easy game, but at least (from Milan’s perspective) they have nothing left to play for. The game is scheduled for 16:30 CEST and as always, we will keep you updated on the action throughout the afternoon.
