FC Barcelona will be gunning to end their ten-year wait for a UEFA Champions League final appearance when they take on Inter Milan, with the first leg of the semi-final tie set to kick off tonight in Montjuic.

Having won the Copa del Rey and taken a lead in La Liga, Barça’s aim is now to advance further in Europe at the expense of Simone Inzaghi’s Nerazzurri.

Ahead of the kickoff at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has announced the starting lineup for the match.

As expected, the German tactician has not made any changes to the team that took the field against Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey last weekend.

Wojciech Szczesny, who has an exceptional record vs Inter, continues to man the goal. In front of him, Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez form the centre-back pairing while Jules Kounde and Gerard Martin start as the full-backs.

Moving into the middle of the park, Flick has opted not to tinker with the tandem of Pedri and Frenkie de Jong which is working brilliantly. Dani Olmo starts a third game in a row as the No. 10 ahead of Fermin Lopez and Gavi.

With no Robert Lewandowski, Ferran Torres slots in as a centre-forward again, flanked by the superstar duo of Raphinha and Lamine Yamal.
