Napoli are forced into changes due to injury, but Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay hope to doom Monza and keep their title hopes alive.
It kicks off at the U-Power Stadium at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
The Partenopei could take advantage of Inter’s Champions League and Coppa Italia fatigue, as the Serie A leaders have a very difficult trip to Bologna on Sunday.
However, Antonio Conte is dealing with injury problems, as David Neres pulled out with a new muscular issue in training.
Rather than shift back to a 3-5-2 formation, he instead pushes Leonardo Spinazzola into a more advanced role in the Napoli trident with Lukaku and Matteo Politano.
Juan Jesus is out for the rest of the season with a torn hamstring, while Alessandro Buongiorno is also sidelined, so Rafa Marin is thrown in at the deep end for his first start.
The 22-year-old arrived over the summer in a complicated loan deal with option to buy from Real Madrid, but has made only four competitive appearances for Napoli, managing just a couple of cameos off the bench in Serie A.
Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa is also not at 100 per cent, so Billy Gilmour takes over in midfield.

Monza have been practically doomed to relegation for weeks now and the return of coach Alessandro Nesta after he was briefly sacked did little to change the momentum.
They have a decimated squad, missing injured Danilo D’Ambrosio, Armando Izzo, Keita Balde Diao, Kevin Zeroli and Matteo Pessina.
Dany Mota Carvalho and Gianluca Caprari therefore lead the attack.
Monza: Turati; Pedro Pereira, Caldirola, Carboni; Birindelli, Castrovilli, Bianco, Akpa Akpro, Kyriakopoulos; Mota Carvalho, Caprari
Napoli: Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Rafa Marin, Olivera; Gilmour, Lobotka, McTominay, Politano, Lukaku, Spinazzola
